Dr Blogs Rules
A real debate
We really want you to post comments and start a discussion. An intense debate gets everyone involved and enables us to learn from one another.
Please post short, relevant comments. If you would like to contribute a longer opinion email editorial@hospitaldr.co.uk to discuss further.
Don't let the discussion get too heated. Please use common sense. Only discuss the argument, not the person making the opposing point of view. Remember that you are legally responsible for the accuracy of your posts. Saying things about people that are not true can lead to libel actions. Hospital Dr will not accept responsibility for any consequences arising from information posted by a member that turns out to be incorrect.
Furthermore, HospitalDr has provided this space free of charge for you to respond, communicate and express yourself. In return, we ask that you do not use Dr Blogs to promote any services, products or jobs.
Reporting a post
If you feel a post breaks the Dr Blogs guidance, or is offensive, you should email admin@hospitaldr.co.uk to draw attention to it: please don’t post your objections on the actual thread.
Posts that break the rules may get deleted in their entirety. Persistent posting of inappropriate comments will lead to the poster being formally warned. If this doesn’t work, then the poster faces suspension and potentially a ban.
Use of blog comments
Hospital Dr reserves the right to re-use content from Dr Blogs, with due credit made to the content originator.
Security
When posting keep your user name and password secure at all times and to contact us by emailing us at admin@hospitaldr.co.uk if you have reason to believe that they may no longer be secure. Please do not use any other user’s identity to log on to Dr Blogs.
You should log off from Dr Blogs when you have finished posting to prevent anyone else accessing the site and using your log-on identity. This is particularly important where other people may use the same computer as you. If you do not log off, you may be deemed to be the person viewing or posting material unless you can prove otherwise.
